it is a parquet floor in solid oak thickness 22 mm with tongue and groove which can be prefinished or sanded on the building site. It is generally nailed on tie bars, beams or panels.

This parquet floor called "plancher" is characterized by very large and long boards, a structure of wood richly coloured and with a rustic aspect. We remark in these last years a come back in force of this "plancher" which point out really the large boards of the formerly bourgeoisin residences, creating a natural and pleasant atmosphere.
