Whether Original or de Luxe version our mattresses are of 100% natural latex. Natural latex regulates both temperature and moisture and is also antiseptic, i.e. it resists to a great extent bacteria and mites. Because of the millions of small air chambers, natural latex has a stable point elasticity and the slightest pressure causes the mattress to give at point of load.

The core is of 100% natural latex with a fine tricot cover. This is put into an outer cover padded with 80% virgin sheep’s wool and 20% maize fibre. Attached to this by a zip for easy removal is a woollen overlay or on request a maize overlay. Woollen overlays only have to be aired, maize overlays washed on the gentle cycle. Two grades of hardness are available, soft and firm.
