The Oyster Light armchair is a thin and suspended shell that is defined through the same elements that constitute it: matter and shape. Two sheets of continuous, stretched, ribbed, expertly crafted saddle leather take concave and convex shapes and together, combined as a sandwich, make Oyster Light a solid and stable shell. It surprises the very light compactness generated by the technique and the characteristics of the material, saddle leather, make Oyster Light taut and cartilaginous with unexpected flexibility to the touch.
