SKY can be an ice cream, pastry, dry hot, non-refrigerated or bakery display case and it is also available in different sizes (100, 150, 200, 250 cm; 3´- 3 1/4 ˝,4´- 11˝, 6´- 6 3/4 ˝, 8´- 2 1/2˝ ) as well as in open 90° and 45° corner versions. It can be ducted to any SKY unit. The dry hot version has a large heated stainless steel top with thermostat to adjust the temperature up to 60°C (140° F).
