OVERFIT
Lifts complying with OVERFIT model are characterised by the gearbox fitted inside the lift shaft, in the headroom; the control unit and the power supply and lighting switches are set inside the cabinet at the highest landing access.
Lifts comply with harmonised standard UNI EN81-1:2005.
Strong points
A machine room is not necessary, thus less room is needed.
The gearbox is totally integrated in the shaft and does not require any masonry works.
Inside the cabinet all the elements usually included in a traditional machine room are featured, such as the power supply and lighting switches, the thermostat measuring the temperature of the area and the lighting lamps.
The suspension is direct to the frame on one side and to the counterweight on the other.
Assembly is very easy.
The majority of the lift load is supported by the car guide rails and counterweight.

Overfit-Gearless traction lifts are characterised by:
machine room-less models;
machine inside the shaft, in the headroom;
hoist machine with permanent magnet motor gearless;
control panel located in the door frame at the highest landing;
alternatively, the control panel can be located inside the shaft, next to the machinery. In the highest landing door a small sized service cabinet is incorporated, containing power supply and lighting switches, components needed for putting into service and adjust the installation and those needed to rescue passengers trapped in the car. In this case, control panel and machine maintenance operations are carried out inside the shaft, standing on the car top.
