Underfloor convector IMP KlimaFloor convectors are modern heating devices for floor mounting. They are ideally suited for rooms with large glazing surfaces (one significant function being the demisting of glass) and for space restricted situations that don't allow for the installation of radiators. They are particularly suited for heating of car show rooms, conservatories, galleries, business and shopping premises and apartments.
Floor convectors are connected to a single- or two-pipe water system. Their operational principle is natural or forced air convection. They are distinguished by high heating capacity and fast heating. A range of thermostats and valves allow optimal control. The floor convector family includes a number of types: Natural convection floor convectors TK apply the principle of natural air circulation They are designed for secondary space heating. Their heating capacity range is 0.3 kW to 3 kW, according to the convector size. Forced convection floor convectors TKV apply the principle of forced convection (natural convection boosted by means of a fan). They are designed for primary or secondary space heating where higher heating capacities are required. The heating capacity depends on the convector size, in the range 4 kW to 5.6 kW. Heating and cooling floor convectors TKH: heating function in winter, secondary cooling function in summer. They are primarily suited for rooms where cooling at the point of heat source is required (solar radiation through windows). The convector cooling capacity range is 0.53 kW to 0.95 kW. |
