Outdoor sauna INBECA

As it's known the origin of the sauna dates back to more than 2000 years in the regions of the ancients "karelian" in what today is Finland.

The development of its beneficial practice led to the construction of the saunas in finnish pine tree log cabins with birch bark roof.

In any case and until late at the twentieth century saunas were always built in the outside of the houses, what improved the thermal contrast when combining the sessions with cold water baths and even snow washes - frecuent in these zones.

Thus and with the intention to recover the original finnish tradition, INBECA provides the possibility to enjoy sauna bath in the same way that was done from times immemorial
