SUPRATHERM is the first mass-produced glass radiator for heating in wet ambience, e.g. in bath-rooms. Already 1999 INGLAS started manufacturing as OEM supplier of SPRINZ Ravensburg. A conductive but transparent coating that is inlaid inside a laminates glass compound and therefore protected against direct touch serves as basic element of the heatable glass. The radiator is wall-mounted and can be assembled with tower rails. Heating capacity up to 1250 Watt is available, thereby a maximum temperature of 55°C is achieved. Heating thermostat and clock timer care for an economical power consumption. Safety s absolutely ensured: The glass radiator is impact-proof, resistant against temperature shock and safe in direct contact with splash water. The same is essential for the stainless steel box of operators control and for the electronic control unit. SUPRATHERM meets safety specification corresponding class IPX 5 (secure against splash water). The glass radiator consequently satisfies all criteria of functionality, safety, and aesthetics for operation in bath-rooms and related wet locations. Labels like "TÜV GS" and "TÜV Zert" certify this high quality.
