Taking into account the physical effects of triple-pane glass structures, INTERPANE has developed a special basic glass type for triple glazing with an optimized energy performance. Its coating has higher emission properties than those of the iplus E basic glass. Therefore, iplus 3LS achieves a higher light transmittance and a higher total energy transmittance.

Despite these values, which have been optimized once again in terms of energy performance, a Ug-value of up to 0.6 W/(m²K) according to EN is achieved. To further optimize the already excellent energy performance of high-quality triple glazing, the use of thermally improved edge seal systems is advisable.
