Bio Sauna:
Higher levels of humidity mean that the entire body is moistened. The relaxing action of heat enriched with higher humidity has beneficial, caring effects on the hair, skin and respiratory system. The combination heating system allows various herbs to be added to the evaporation bowl. The steam softens the herbs, releasing their natural scents which are then introduced to the sauna cabin. Essential oils can also be used, depending on the design of the particular system. The temperature in the bio sauna is approximately 60 to 65°C, with a humidity level of 55%.
Finnish Sauna:

A temperature of between 80 and 100 °C means that a visit to this sauna offers the added advantage of multiple health benefits. The sequence of heat followed by a cold shower not only simulates the circulation, it also strengthens the immune system and helps build defences against infections.
