Vinoteca is a single and double-temperature wine cooler that keeps any type of wine at the right temperature. Advantages Vinoteca is the Irinox wine cooler. It provides a choice of one or two temperatures so that all types of wine can be kept at the ideal temperature, which can be customized according to individual needs. An electronic display constantly shows the temperature in each zone so that operation is kept under control. The toughened glass door is treated against ultra-violet rays and protects bottles from light while displaying them on view. An elegant concealed handle makes this appliance easy to coordinate with other equipment. The internal wooden shelves can be removed to facilitate loading and removing bottles. Vinoteca can be fitted into a tall unit or under counter. The Vinoteca wine cooler is designed to operate with one or two temperature zones. It can be customized at any time with the shelves provided. Vinoteca has a standard capacity of 36 bottles lying on 5 shelves or 44 bottles lying on a single shelf. To keep wine properly the temperature of the top compartment is set on 7°C (serving temperature for white wine), which gives around 14°C, 15°C in the lower compartment.
