Description

This technology is the most complete and eco-friendly for the lack of autoclaves use, and for very few energy and raw materials necessary to the production. Thanks to their cost effectiveness and compact size, it is possible to decentralize the production and to realize cellular concrete blocks with Isoltech technology near target markets (even in the right-sized construction sites), reducing to a minimum the transport costs (compared to the significant costs for all traditional materials). The versatility is also in the dimension of the clc block: the mould developed by Isoltech permits to produce different dimensions, to be used in dividing walls and external. All blocks must be walled with glue with a thin film thickness, made from a special adhesive ACRI 105 mixed with cement, sand and water in proper proportions. The walls have to be finished with plaster applied with a specific sequence required by ISOLTECH. The plaster will be prepared by mixing cement, sand, water and ACRI 105 and it will be applied in two layers with the net ACRIVER. All walls, internal and external, partitions and infill blocks should be finished with the treatment described above. Blocks can be traditional and seismic and they are realized thanks to our mixing machine IBS 2008, manual or automatic version, with/without pump.
