Public space hanging planter stand JAURÈS

As of Décembre Jaures metro Station will be greened by the very “Haute Couture” agency Jardins de Babylone. “With RATP (Public Transit Authorities), we have spotlighted biodiversity carefully selecting native species of Paris area. The Mayor of Paris has committed the city into regulations and projects giving back some room to wild life within public space, we make this wild life take the public transportation!”, says Florian Dejoie. The station main entrance will wear a vegetal headgear made of several local indigenous plants, grown nearby. The transit area will host green sculptural and tailor made piece of art, unique creation imagined for this opportunity. Seeds from these plants would be carried away by passengers, spreading out native species around. Using a metro pass and give the possibility to the users to plant plants in an innovative and passive way.
