A fully enclosed infant seat prevents small children from falling out. Vandal proof, it is constructed of 3/8 EPDM Rubber and Polymer blend, with a vandal proof insert and heavy duty rust proof hardware. It is a 36" circumference, 11" in diameter and 12" deep. The leg opening is 5" in diameter. Available in black, blue, green, red, tan, and yellow. National Test Lab Results: 5000 lbs. Grade: Commercial
