This new office building for American Express replaces their existing building on the site adjacent. This development is part of a larger master-plan for the entire site which will regenerate the area and provide valuable public open space. The façade design of each elevation is designed to address the surrounding buildings and the topography of the city. Scope of Work The new building is clad with a variety of 12 façade types with a total area of 8,500 sqm (91,500 sq ft) comprising double skin façades with accessible curtain wall cavities and unitised façades.
