The heat requirement in the building is relatively easy to meet but managing the cold air around the perimeter is a more difficult problem: the heat losses around the perimeter cause air movement und can lead to unpleasant cold draughts.
Conventional heating systems are expensive to install and not always desirable from an architecural point of view. The solution? The SlimKon façade heating system effectively yet unobtrusively produces a "screen" of warm air in front of the glazing.
