Solid concrete facing brick for load-bearing walls
KLB Klimaleichtblock
KLB plan solid bricks are kleinformatige, solid auxiliary stones, which are adapted pyrometrically to the KLB plan blocks. The stones have a height of 123 mm and a length of 249 mm. The faces are smooth, contrary to KLB plan blocks with the Vollverzahnung in the butt joint, and must be processed from there in horizontal joint and butt joint with thin bed mortar. However the 8 DF of well-planned stones (flat building boards height of 248 mm, length 497 mm, thickness 115 mm) order over a simple Vollverzahnung whereby on the one side the groove and on the other side the feather/spring are trained, which does not have to be vermörtelt however.
The well-planned stones are used for any Abmauerungen in the KLB Plansteinmauerwerk. Due to the different formats all brick-work thicknesses can be supplemented. The arithmetic procedures of the thermal conductivities correspond to the agreement certificate ÜZ WBK1-2005/0510.
