Hermetically Sealed Doors are specifically designed for use in operating theatres, laboratories and other clean room environments where air pressure control and hygiene is of the utmost importance.
The doors are equipped with special sealing rubbers, rounded profiles and door panels covered with HPL on both sides of the door. Also available as an automatic or manual door, the appearance of the door can be specified to suit its environment.
The KONE hermetically sealed inside sliding door also provides a space saving and safety feature; the moving panel of the door can slide into a sealed compartment to ensure safety and maximise space.
