The new range of our SK dryers includes machines with load capacity of 10,13,16,23 & 30Kg available with electric,gas & steam heating H2o+eletric. All dryers have standard drum & filter in AISI 304 INOX. Standard on all models reversing & drum speed regulation. All the new machines are equipped with new flat belt transmission.
Dryers are modern, cost-efficient machines that offer security considering their continuity.
What makes this dryer special is the direct, central feeding of heated air in the revolving drum by means of ventilators. The fresh air passes trough the rear side of the drum. Only the cooled air comes in contact with other parts of the drum, reducing the energy loss to a minimum.
The loading door of the dryer is placed in the middle of the front panel.
The tempered glass of the window allows a continuous observation and control of the drying process. A security system, applied to the inside of the door, breaks the electrical circuit when the door is opened, causing drum to stop rotation.
This eliminates danger or injury to the operator.
The front side exists of two plates attached to hinges. The inner plate of the machine can be opened, it gives access to the filter.
Access is secured by an electrical trigger.
The heating element and ventilator are easily accessible. The drying time, is set with a timer.
