KRONway up and over garage door are retractable type of construction. Doors are opening along horizontal tracks inside the garage and travel back into the garage space when opened. Retractable mechanisms are ideally suited for automated operation. Door is made of hot dip galvanized steel - for better protection against corrosion. Door frame is made of galvanized steel 1,5mm thick. Door leave frame is also galvanized and then powder coated for chosen RAL color. Door sheet is made of ribbed steel of 0,45-0,5mm thick, that it is also powder coated or alternatively made of factory prepainted steel. Steel sheet is welded to steel frame in ultrasonic technology. Leave frame construction is made of multi folded 0,8mm thick steel additionally stangthented with internal profiles. Connection of leave sheet and leave frame is made with ultrasonic welding (standard sizes in quantity bigger than 100 pcs/order - for smaller orders with additional fee), or alternatively for non standrad sizes and small orders connection with rivets. Euro black handle on each door is standard. Bolts are connected with lock mechanism with steel rods. Door leave is balanced with double springs what allows for easy manual opening and provide necessary security. Door are balanced with 4 springs - springs after years can be adjusted keeping proper level of balance.
