The ashtray ONDA MINI is made in steel of 15/10 thickness. The upper part is made of a calendered sheet, welded to the structure through continuous welding, later polished. With a 50° inclination, a pierced net of dimensions 80x120 mm, with holes of 5 mm diam., is welded to the front part. It also comes with 3 laser-cut holes of 19 mm, under which there is a slot of dimensions 60x10 mm to keep the ashes. On the lower part there is a door of dimensions 120xh 500 mm, whose hinges are obtained by the sheet of the load-bearing structure, through the application on pressure of 2 thread inserts M4. The screws serve as hinges. Inside the ashtray ONDA MINI, a box in galvanized steel sheet 8/10 thickness, provided with 2 oval holes helping its removal, is placed. On the bottom of the ashtray there are 4 holes of 8 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided). For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and polyester-powder coating with RAL colors at choice. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products in an environment of C4 corrosion class - UNI EN ISO 12944-2.
