The bench/bike rack B CYCLE is made in steel of 60/10 thickness. The seat, dimensions 1200x500 mm, is made in exotic hardwood of 40 mm thickness, fixed to the structure in steel through specific screws.Through the laser-cut, on the structure of the seat a bike rack, provided with 2 plates 60/10 thickness, with a hole in the middle of 26 mm diam to hook the bike, is created. The feet of the bench B CYCLE are created from the same load-bearing structure, through two 90° folds on the extremities of the structure, leading to 2 profiles 50 mm deep, each one with 2 holes of 11 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided). For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and polyester-powder coating with RAL colors at choice. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products in an environment of C4 corrosion class - UNI EN ISO 12944-2. The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils. Weight of steel: 61 kg
