The CLASSIC barrier is made of 2 posts, made – in the middle, lower and upper part – in tubular steel 80 mm diam. and 1,5 mm thickness, whereas the two sections of H. 40 mm are made in tubular stainless steel AISI 316 of 76 mm diam. and 2 mm thickness. The tubes of different diameters are fixed together with a mechanical system through specific screws M5. In the stainless steel sections, brackets 50/10 thickness, supporting a tubular structure made in square tube 20x20x2 mm., are welded. Inside the frame, a steel panel 20/20 thickness, is fixed as a support for the advertisements. On the base of the barrier there are 2 flanges, with 4 holes 10 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided). The version for the fixing through cementation is provided with an under flange extension of 250 mm and the flange comes with no holes. Steel EN10111DD11 is used for the realization of this product and all the elements in this material, after all the different stages (cutting, bending, welding), are treated with electrogalvanizing according to the UNI regulations and are later polyester powder-coated with AkzoNobel RAL colours at choice.
