The outer part of the CROSSED BIN is made in steel sheet of 20/10 thickness. It is characterized by a peculiar laser-cut texture, called CROSSED. The inner container is made in galvanized steel of 10/10 thickness, 320 mm diam and 670 mm H. On the upper part there are two oval holes serving as handles and two holes of 10 mm diam. for the insertion of the elastic band of the bag. The base of the bag is made in steel sheet of 30/10 thickness and has 4 holes of 10 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided). The cover of the Crossed Bin is made in steel of 30/10 thickness. It is fixed to the structure of the bin through a strong hinge, resulting from the fold of elements in steel sheet of 30/10 thickness with 2 holes M8. In the middle of the cover there is a hole of 230 mm diam. On demand, an optional triangular key lock is available, to be inserted on the cover of the bin. For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and polyester-powder coating with RAL colors at choice. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products in an environment of C4 corrosion class - UNI EN ISO 12944-2.
