The bench ZADIG is made of 3 modules, each with a different shape, all made in steel of 50/10 thickness. Each element has a particular, laser-cut texture. Each module is the result of a specific bend of the sheet so that it shapes the supports, the seat and the feet of the bench, all provided with 2 holes (12 mm diam.) for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided). As a further support to the structure, 2 plates (50/10 thickness) are welded to the base of each module.
Steel EN10111DD11 is used for the realization of this product and all the elements in this material, after all the different stages (cutting, bending, welding), are treated with electrogalvanizing according to the UNI regulations and are later polyester powder-coated with RAL colours at choice.
As an alternative to steel EN10111DD11, the production in corten is also available, on demand. In this case the material is treated with a specific oxidation process.
