State-of-the-art LED technology: Patented luminaire head
The athene floor lamp with wood tripod stand has a unique, patented technology. The solid aluminium luminaire head, which can be focussed, with its state-of-the-art LED lighting technology allows you to adjust the beam of light from 25 to 100 degrees. The light created this way is warm and cosy.
The new floor lamp is part of an LED luminaire system concept. All the lamps in the athene product line are supplied with a standard luminaire head.
They are designed as floor, clamp-on, pendant, wall, ceiling and pedestal lamps.
Prestigious awards won in 2010 and 2011
Last year the athene LED luminaire system was awarded three prestigious design prizes in one go: Red Dot design award 2010, Lamp of the Year 2010 (2nd place) and nominated for the German Design Prize 2011.
