Lindhaus%u2019 twenty years experience in the manufacture of professional carpet cleaners has lead to the creation of an absolute innovative floor scrubber. We have not run along the road of miniaturization of well-known professional machines because this would have lead to a similar result as many existing products on the market with all the well known limits of encumbrance, weight and manoeuvrability. This is a unique machine that joins lightness, manoeuvrability, practicality in executing simple water loading and unloading operations with an incredible capability to remove the most obstinate dirt. The motors expressly created for this machine by Rotafil%u2019s experience, are absolutely new for a floor scrubber: - high efficiency by-pass vacuum motor, permits with reduced encumbrance and weight to obtain extraordinary performance in terms of vacuum and air-flow. - universal brush motor is constantly controlled in RPM and overload by a sophisticated electronic control system and is connected to the brush roll through a double timing belt - the dosing pump allows to have constantly the right quantity of water uniformly distributed on the roll
The balanced brush roll mounted has a medium hardness but for specific requirements there are available rolls with softer and harder bristles. The Lindhaus detergents have been specifically studied for this machine with the co-operation of a leading company in order to obtain the best result on any type of hard floor with 1% of product only.
