The design for Ala model is born out of the concept of a three-dimensional door whose presence in a room provides a sense of volume. The effect is created by the bevelled shape of the external side of the coverings, which gives the impression that the door protrudes from the wall, and creates an unusual play of shadows on the wall. The door is veneered with enamelled cherry or oak wood or matt enamel in a series of colours. On the version with stainless steel inlay, the veneer runs horizontally. The hinges are concealed.
