The LASTO-ISOPIPE noise protection system largely prevents the occurrence of noise bridges where a pipe passes through a wall or slab, by creating a soft, flexible sleeve around the pipe, thus preventing direct contact between hard structural elements. Applications The LASTO-ISOPIPE system is used wherever structure-borne noise bridges must be prevented where pipework passes through a wall or slab, e.g. where wall bearings are being used, or where kinking of such pipes must be prevented.
