This KANAB waterslide type 1000 is the most common slide type with an internal width of 1040 mm and a flume depth of 700 mm.
It is used only for body sliding.
It can be used for indoor as well as outdoor installations. It is common to have start and finish indoors while the rest go outside, to save on space used for the slide in the aquatic centre.
There are six different radiuses available for curved flume parts ranging from 2 m to 7.7 m, which is suitable for indoor installations where space is limited. It can also be used outdoor in cold climates where tunnels are covered with translucent GRP or in clear acrylic material.
Designed, manufactured and will be installed according to the European norms for waterslides, EN 1069.
The flumes are made of glassfibre reinforced polyester (GRP) and the supporting structure in hot-dipped galvanized steel.
