This traditional mixed colour Porphyry has the full range of Reds, Golds, Brown, Greys and Purples giving it a warmth and vibrancy. Supplied with naturally split surfaces which gently undulate Porphyry makes a lovely pedestrian friendly material. Used throughout Europe since Roman times this stone has high slip resistance and durability coupled with extremely high strength making it an excellent choice for Paving, setts or cubes. The cubes lend themselves to installation in a fan tail pattern in either pedestrian or vehicular areas. Quarried and manufactured in Italy this stone is becoming more popular in the UK for hard landscaping schemes.
