The Alien 05 Recessed is a 50 W luminaire designed for expressive background lighting in restaurants, cafés, bars and other low-level light applications.

The Alien's adjustable head can be angled and swiveled into any position, and is therefore useful as either a recessed ceiling fixture, or set in a wall as an up-, down- or sidelight.

Operation is easy yet very comprehensive. Color and intensity can be controlled for various color presets and even color sequences. With the Alien 05 driver unit it is possible to connect a total of up to 24 Aliens on 6 independent driver outputs. Each output can take up to 4 Aliens for synchronous operation.

There are 3 different control options.

DIP switch
In the simplest control option it is possible to select a predefined colorchange from a setting of the DIP switch on the 05 driver.

Dedicated operator panel
The dedicated operator panel, the Oracle 05, ensures an intuitive programming and playback of the Aliens. The large LCD display gives an informative description of the various options.

DMX control
The Alien Driver box can be controlled via any DMX controller.
