SCAFANDRO by Sergio Asti Martinelli Luce Spa

Table lamp with diffuse light.
Its baseplate is printed and made of black rubber and its diffuser is made of white opal blown glass. This lamp is manufactured in two sizes.
Drawn by Sergio Asti for Martinelli Luce in 1972, Scafandro wants to be a fair but, at the same time, strong light presence characterising the space even when it does not illuminate it. In this way, the dark corner of the study, of the living or of the bedroom will become an attraction point.
