This operation allows to control exactly frozen/ fresh pizza’s cooking level and adjusting it depending on pizza’s topping and thickness. The appliance works with different kind of pizza/ food so the chef has the chance to personalize cooking rank. It’s the ideal machine to fin d out specific performance requirements which could be then transferred, as standard, in a less expensive appliance.
