With its simple lines, Brian satisfies all requirements of modern design and comfort. With one simple action, Brian transforms into a bed with a 200 cm. long mattress that is suitable for everyday use. The covers are fully removable and can be washed or dry-cleaned depending on the selected fabric. Brian is also available as a fixed sofa that can be completely dismantled for easy delivery. Mechanism: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Seating made with polypropylene fabric. Opening and closing operations with one single movement. Mattress standard (sofabed only): Interior “Bonnel” springing made of a 2,20 mm. hardened steel; expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3 density; 100% cotton fabric quilted with 100% polyester fibre g 200/m2 and non woven; 100% cotton fabric band. Frame: Back: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Armrests, headboard and front panel: solid fir, particle wood and poplar plywood. Padding: Seat: expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3 and needle-punched thermo-fixed fiber 300 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Back: expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3 and needle-punched thermo-fixed fiber 300 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Armrests: expanded polyurethane foam 40 and 30 kg/m3, covered with 10 mm. foam combined with interliner. Frame: 10 mm. foam combined with interliner. Fabric: Specifications: see sample attached.
