Minibar Systems introduces SMARTCUBE, winner of two Editor's Choice Awards at the IHMRS Show 2006 in New York for Best in Show and Best Product Technology.
SMARTCUBE: THE SYSTEM
SMARTCUBE is upgradeable from a manual, to semiautomated, to a fully automated minibar without interrupting the daily operation. Hotels will be able to order SMARTCUBE in any cooling technology (absorption, peltier or compressor), the latter reducing energy consumption significantly.
SMARTCUBE: COMMUNICATION
Communication systems available are Ethernet, coaxial/MATV or twisted pair. The fully automated model of SMARTCUBE uses infrared sensing technology (which is the most reliable technology on the market with near perfect performance over the past 10 years).
SMARTCUBE - S3 SOFTWARE
The SMARTCUBE software (S3) is Windows driven and designed to operate on the hotel's network. S3 has been designed to be the most user-friendly software ever used in minibar operations and features one-click buttons for easy use and quick staff training. Live updates are sent via Bluetooth wireless technology to hand held units carried by the staff.
