CONVECTION OVENS
Construction Feautures:
Double glass side-hinged door for cleaning, tempered interior glass. Door has silicon
seal, fixed on the front of the oven chamber. Cooking chamber in AISI 304, rounded
corners, facilitate the collection and disposat of cooking residues. Double drip tray on
the door and front of the oven, with direct draining. Halogen lamps for chamber
illumination positioned in the door, can be easily inspected for maintenance purposes.
IP x 5 protection level on all components. Electronic ignition and flame control of burners
(gas models). Indirect flame pipe-fired heating by means of atmospheric burners in the
gas versions, and armoured elements in the electric version.
