LOVE LETTER

love letter is a light sculpture on which you can pen your own sentiments of love. The “letter” itself is a light source, consisting of a bi-directional electroluminescent film that gives off light from both sides, of a quality similar to candle light.

This version of love letter has a base formed of felt rocks - high density solid blocks of pure wool felt - each one being completely unique. The position of the light source, the suspended electroluminescent film, can be adjusted to create a greater or lesser bow in the support wire, thereby animating the light
