MONO's Flexi Moulder combines all the features of a French Stick Moulder and conventional bread moulder into one machine, whilst retaining the excellent moulding properties these two machines offer.

The Flexi Moulder takes up much less space than separate moulders for French and English bread and requires less manpower, cleaning and servicing.
All of its controls are at the front and servicing can be carried out from either side of the machine.
It can be incorporated into an existing bread plant system.
All the machine's panels are of brushed finish stainless steel.
Capacity : Up to 1200 dough pieces every hour, between 57g (2oz) and 0.9kg (2lb) in weight and between 125mm (5") and 760mm (30") in length.
