System Description
The system comprises of an engineered nominal 600mm x 600mm x 41mm P6 high density particle board panel encapsulated in 0.5mm top tray and 0.8mm bottom tray galvanized steel. The panel is designed to receive a multitude of different finishes to suit client requirements. The panel is gravity laid onto all steel electro plated adjustable pedestals which are fixed to the sub-floor, either by polyurethane adhesive or by a combination of polurethane adhesive and mechanical fixings. The pedestals are leveled using laser levels to achieve a flat and even surface. When used in conjunction with structural stringers fixed to the pedestal heads meets the requirements for Extra Heavy Grade systems as defined in the PSA. This produces a level working platform with an accessible 600 x 600 grid for finishing with carpettiles suitable for general office use. Access to the void is achieved using a simple suction lifting device.
