TL 430

TouchLinX is an elegant IP-Based in-wall touch screen keypad featuring a high resolution, Thin-Film Transistor or (TFT) color LCD touch panel. Designed to run the DigiLinX system user interface, the TL430 features a Windows® CE embedded operating system, and contain a Macromedia® Flash® player for running elegant and animated rich user interfaces. The TL430 features a 2 port Ethernet switch and 4-pin Phoenix connector for communications, power, and cascading one SpeakerLinXTM IP-Based Amplifier / Room Controller.TouchLinX TL430 features a built-in microphone for IP Intercom, including whole house paging, room to room paging and room monitoring via the DigiLinX system.

When integrated in a DigiLinX system, the TouchLinX displays the meta-data (artist, album, song, cover art and play list) and transport controls available for each audio / video source or SpeakerLinX. Its simple, intuitive design allows users to access their favorite songs, artists, play lists, or stations easily and quickly. Each room can have customized bass, treble, and balance (SL220) or a 5-Band EQ (SL250). Consumers can also control playback of audio streams in one or all rooms throughout the installation from a different room.

TouchLinX includes an IR window which can be used to control DigiLinX devices using the optional KL1R remote or any third party IR remote. Additionally, DigiLinX devices pass through IR to the currently selected source allowing use of the sources native remote.

The TouchLinX is designed with four backlit (blue LED), hard keys, which ship with the standard labels: Audio (amp on/off), Mute, and a Plus sign for volume up, and a Minus sign for volume down. The function of these hard buttons can be changed via the DigiLinX Dealer Set-Up Program and custom engraved buttons are available (sold separately).

In a DigiLinX application, the TouchLinX essentially requires no programming! Once an audio source is connected to the network and set up using the DigiLinX Dealer Set-Up Program, the TouchLinX in-wall LCD touch screen automatically identifies that audio / video source and the relevant screens appear on the LCD touch panel for easy control. TouchLinX is easy to install and features simple rotary butterfly tabs for easy in-wall mounting and all TouchLinX ship with a mounting template to assist in install. The TL430 feature screwless magnetic faceplates available in White, Almond, Ivory, and Black colors.
