Nidaplast honeycombs are extruded polypropylene honeycomb structures with an 8-mm mesh.
Nidapan is a reinforced honeycomb intended for use as the rigid core of bonded sandwich panels or ready-to-use rigid panels.
Their surface coating enables the lamination or bonding of virtually all types of materials, for use in many different areas: construction, transport, yachting, industrial furnitures, sport, recreation, etc …
The honeycomb is reinforced with a coating of 602 g/m2 and the polyester non-woven material is used as an adhesion base for the cladding to be applied.
This rigid panel improves productivity as the cladding can be bonded on just one side.
Large scale dimension : 2500 x 1220 mm
Various thicknesses : from 10 to 90 mm
Cell size : 8 mm
Indicative surface mass for a 20-mm panel : 2,6 kg/m2
The Nidapan composite panel consists of a polyester non-woven material with a glass/PP composite reinforcement (602 g/m²).
The non-woven material, 45 g/m2,, ensures good mechanical cohesion between the honeycomb and the skin that is to be applied to it.
The honeycomb is made of polypropylene, a long-lasting, 100% recyclable material.
The honeycomb structure with a 95 % void ratio uses little material while ensuring superior mechanical properties.
