MixMmatic 150 H/C is the new solution, ideal to cook soups, rice, sauces, mush, jams, creams, pudding etc. and to reduce the temperature in few time. Completely automatic, the pan allows to reduce the manual operations, and it gives the assurance to obtain big quantity of food, perfectly cooked and ready at the requested temperature for packing. Entirely manufactured in stainless steel, MixMatic 150 H/C has limited sizes and a useful capacity of 125 liters; the product is mixed by a stainless steel mixing arm, equipped with scraper on the wall and on the cooking vat bottom, easily removable for cleaning operations. All the operations are managed by the control board positioned on the machine side. The cooking and cooling system through double jacket, is carried on by heating elements of 24 kW and cold water coming from the mains or refrigerated water. It is possible to connect the Mix Matic 150 H/C to a cold water producing system (chiller). MixMatic 150 H/C can be connected to the Nilma software CCMP 4.0.
