The flywheel slicer mod. 285/06 can work exclusively manually.
With blade 285mm. it has been manufactured to cut all kind of cold cuts.
Entirely made in aluminium and stainless steel it can be provided with the cast iron support of the same colour of the machine. It is available in red colour as standard. On demand it can be supplied in several colours at choice.
