High resistance porcelain tile for road paving NovaBell

The need for greater traffic safety in road tunnels has led the Ministry of Public Works to suggest to Road Maintenance and Construction Operators an improvement in the visibility conditions inside tunnels. The solutions adopted so far, such as wall painting and metal or natural stone panels fixed to the walls, have had some limitations: the first consists in limited durability in time and therefore high maintenance costs, the second in the steep installation costs. An alternative to these systems is offered by NovaBell: lining road tunnel walls with large-size (30x60 cm) slabs of vitrified stoneware resulting from the steady research of its labs. Gallery can also be used for any underground artefact: from underground and train stations to various types of underpasses.
