PLM/10 planetary kneading machine is a basic equipment in the catering field, suited to prepare food in a professional way, it combines high technology with highest efficiency.
It is equipped with a 10 litre capacity stainless steel tank, its structure is strong and allows it to be particularly stable; lateral control elements allow to control totally the machine by using the best safety devices: protection grid, tank microswitch, etc.
The accessories supplied with the machine (shovel, hook and beater) are interchangeable and easy to remove, they are made of aluminium alloy and once their speed is adjusted (three speeds are available), it is possible to prepare any kind of dough: soft doughs for confectionery or hard doughs to prepare bread-making products or pizza!
