Painted steel frame. S/S bowl. Adjustable timer up to 30 minutes. Active and passive safety devices (micro switch as standard outfit). Chain puller for a correct mechanics handling (30 - 40 - 60 Kg models). Complete closing of the machine body for a better hygiene. Availability of one or two working speeds (except 10 liters model). Dough breaker stick (30 - 40 - 60 Kg models). Fixed or tilting head (20 - 30 - 40 Kg). Version with extractable bowl for 20 kg model. Available with supply at Volt. 400/3N - 230/1 (only 10 - 20 Kg). Optional wheels (front ones with brake).
