BENCH CUTTERS

AUREA bench cutters are special equipments for kitchen able to slice, mince, emulsify, mix, crumble, knead several components, necessary for the preparation and creation of many different gastronomic specialities.

Small equipments for great results

A complete range of professional equipment for small and middle-sized catering, with 3, 6 and 15 litres capacity, for a production from 50 up to 300 people. Extremely flexible instruments that reveal themselves to be universal for the quantity of the products that can be worked and the results in short time that can be obtained.

Low consumption and high safety

AUREA bench cutters are in conformity with CE regulation, 89/392 Machines Directive; they have a motor thermal protection, safety micro-switches, push-button panels – controls (low tension – 24 V) to be skimmed by pulse buttons for a better cut control.

All the models have a strong stainless steel structure and a practical extractable tank; easy to clean and simple to use, they are provided with a smooth blade, but they can also be supplied with other optional accessories: a toothed blade and a kneading blade – those tools are interchangeable one with the another. (For 3 and 6 litres Cutters optional motor brake, which is usually a production part for the 15 litres model; the latter can also be equipped with a Timer).
