With the same machine, only by adding suitable accessories, it is possible to do the following: washing, centrifugating, brushing, scraping and peeling. Production capacity varies from 250 to 650 Kg per hour of worked product, by using 7 interchangeable accessories and 2 rotation speeds, according to the specific needs.
POTATO PEELERS - PL
A complete series of potato peelers, able to meet users’ small and big needs. These machines are ideal to peel potatoes of any type and dimension, with a production capacity from 120 up to 650 kg per hour, according to the model. By mounting the abrasive band (optional), easily removable, a 33% reduction in peeling time can be obtained.
MUSSEL AND SHELL-FISH CLEANER - PC
The maximum versatility of the machine is obtainable in mussel and shellfish cleaning; by utilizing the special accessory (cleaning disc given together with the machine) and by setting a suitable motor speed, it is possible to reach a perfect cleaning level. The three available versions allow to obtain from 45 to 150 Kg of product per hour.
