Temperature thermostatic setting through electronic control (1 °C accuracy) and reading through led display. General switch and inner light switch. Manual adjustment of the chimney opening.

Front part entirely made of stainless steel. Door with ergonomic handle in stainless steel, insulated, with double glass and air space. AISI 430 stainless steel baking chamber. Door double glass made of pyroceram. Insulation made of eco-compatible fibroceramic and needle rock wool, with high density and high insulating capacity. Baking surface made of cell-like refractory stone. Easily removable crumbs gathering elements. Max baking temperature 400 °C.
Safety thermostat with manual resetting. Double internal lightning with halogen lamps. Adjustable smoke outlet, external chimney included. External hood in stainless steel with motor.
